§ 10-2. Fire marshal plan review fee.

There is hereby created a fire marshal plan review fee in the amount of twenty dollars ($20.00) for each residential unit constructed, erected, or placed within a subdivision containing infrastructure as delineated in the subdivision regulations of Osceola County. Said fee shall be nonrefundable, and collected in addition to all other applicable fees at the time of issuance of a building permit or a mobile home set-up permit. Revenue from said fee shall be utilized to offset personnel and administrative expenses incurred by the fire marshal in the review and inspection of such residential subdivisions.
