§ 10-27. Penalty for violation.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall be subject to the penalties set forth in F.S. § 791.06, as amended or renumbered. Additionally and alternatively, the county may apply to a court for civil relief, either in law or equity, and no bond shall be required. Proof of scienter or intent shall not be required.
