§ 10-29. Permits.

Latest version.

Upon issuance of a fireworks permit by the board of county commissioners, the sale, possession, use and distribution of fireworks shall be lawful only for the purposes and under the conditions set forth in the application approval. The permittee shall comply with all applicable provisions of the National Fire Protection Association Standards.
