§ 11-4. Penalty

In accordance with the new provisions of the Mark Wandall Traffic Safety Act, 2013-160, F.S. § 316.003 and F.S. § 316.0083, as amended; new fines, fees and charges for a violation of the provisions of the Mark Wandall Traffic Safety Act, including but not limited to the costs of a local hearing officer and hearing are provided. The county will institute fines, charges and fees, as set forth in the new provisions of the Mark Wandall Traffic Safety Act, and will set other hearing costs and fees by separate resolution.
