§ 12-28. Territorial applicability; article exclusive.

The provisions of this article shall be the exclusive uniform regulations applicable to the provisions and operation of nonemergency transportation services throughout the county in the incorporated and unincorporated areas without regard to municipal boundaries, to the extent not in conflict with a municipal ordinance.
