§ 12-30. Appeals.

Any operator aggrieved by a decision of DPS may appeal said decision to the board of county commissioners by filing with DPS, within thirty (30) days of the decision, a petition setting forth the reasons for appeal. The commission shall hear the appeal as soon as practicable. The decision of the commission shall be final. Thereafter, the operator may appeal to the circuit court by petition for wit of certiorari. Rendition shall be deemed to occur when the board of county commissioners approves the minutes of the motion sought to be reviewed.
