§ 12-46. Required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use, drive or operate or to cause or permit any other person to use, drive or operate any nonemergency vehicle upon the streets of the county without first obtaining a county permit and maintaining it current and valid pursuant to the provisions of this article. Each nonemergency vehicle operated in the county by an operator hereunder must be specifically identified and be issued a separate vehicle permit.
