§ 12-49. Conditional permit and final permit issuance.

After approval by the board of county commissioners, a conditional ninety-day permit shall be issued pursuant to the provisions of this division and a full permit shall thereafter be issued provided that the applicant has complied with the requirements of this article. No permit shall be issued unless the applicant has presented proof of insurance as required in section 12-52 and passed the required vehicle inspections. If the applicant fails to comply with the requirements of this section within ninety (90) days after notification of approval by the board of county commissioners, such approval shall be automatically revoked and no permit shall be issued.
