§ 12-53. Required use of permit.

Latest version.

On or before December 31 of each year, each operator shall certify on a form provided by the DPS the number of months authorized service was provided during the preceding year. Failure to certify or to operate for at least nine (9) months during the preceding year shall result in automatic expiration of the permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this division.
