§ 12-54. Assignment, sale or transfer.

No permit required by the provisions of this division may be assigned, sold (either outright or under a conditional sales contract), transferred or its ownership structure changed or altered so as to result in a change of the possibility of change in the control of said permit from the holder of said permit to another until the proposed assignment, sale, transfer or change in control shall have been approved by the board of county commissioners. Any transfer of shares of stock or interest of any person or permit holders so as to cause a change in the directors, officers, shareholders or managers of such person or permit holder shall be deemed a transfer or assignment as contemplated in this section and subject to the same rules and regulations as any other transfer or assignment.
