§ 12-73. Business location, telephone, etc.

(a)

Each operator shall maintain a central place of business within the boundaries of the county with a properly listed local telephone number for receiving all calls for nonemergency services and make available business records and daily manifests. Each operator shall provide the department of public safety with a current business telephone number and address.

(b)

Each operator shall provide twenty-four-hour continuous telephone access to the public.
