§ 12-79. Stretcher service.

Operators providing nonemergency stretcher service shall:
(1)

Determine from information supplied by persons or agencies requesting said service that nonemergency stretcher service can safely accommodate passengers and maintain records of such requests on a form provided by the board of county commissioners.

(2)

Require persons or agencies to prearrange service.

(3)

Provide and maintain ten (10) consecutive hours of continuous service to the public for each day of operation.
