The provisions of this article are cumulative and in addition to all other federal,
state, regional, county and municipal laws and ordinances which requires licenses,
permits, or other approvals, or provide for collection of taxes, license and permit
fees, and other charges such as, but not limited to user charges, service charges,
special assessments, and impact fees; and no local business tax receipt issued hereunder
shall exempt the receipt holder from any other license, permit, fee, tax, or charge
required by law, or compliance with all applicable ordinances, rules, and laws.
