§ 13-94. Changing name of establishment.

No licensee may change the name of an adult entertainment establishment unless and until he satisfies each of the following requirements:

(1)

Gives the licensing department thirty (30) days prior notice in writing of the proposed name change;

(2)

Pays the licensing department a three dollar ($3.00) change-of-name fee; and

(3)

Complies with F.S. § 865.09.
