§ 13-118. Penalties and enforcement.

The provisions of this article may be enforced by:
(1)

Prosecution in the name of the State of Florida pursuant to F.S. § 125.69(1).

(2)

Enforcement proceedings before the Osceola County Code Enforcement Board.
