§ 13-124. Enforcement and penalty.

Enforcement of the provisions of this article will be by and through the Office of the Osceola County Sheriff. Whoever violates this article may be punished as provided in section 1-6 of the Osceola County Code. Nothing in this section prohibits the prosecution of a violation of this article by any other legal means afforded the county.
