§ 13-141. Transfer.

Latest version.

No vehicle for hire permit or driver's certificate shall be sold, assigned, hypothecated, mortgaged, pledged or otherwise transferred at any time. Any such attempted transfer shall be cause for revocation of the vehicle for hire permit or driver's certificate.
