§ 13-159. Drivers to keep daily manifest.

(a)

Every driver shall maintain a daily manifest upon which is recorded all trips made each day showing time and place of origin and destination of each trip and the amount of the fare and such complete manifest shall be returned to the owner by the driver at the conclusion of his daily tour of duty.

(b)

Forms of such manifests shall be furnished to the driver by the owner and shall be of a character approved by the county administrator.

(c)

Every holder of a vehicle for hire permit shall retain and preserve all drivers' manifests in a safe place for at least the calendar year next preceding the current calendar year and such manifests shall be available to the county administrator for inspection upon request.
