§ 14-52. Penalties.

Upon being adjudicated guilty of this article, a person shall be subject to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00), and be subject to imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding sixty (60) days. For violations of a continuing nature, each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
