§ 14-171. Premises authorization.

After obtaining a certificate of approval, and prior to dispensing cannabis, an operator shall select a location from which such dispensing will occur, and provide notice to the county manager or designee of the dispensing location and request issuance of premises authorization for such location. Such request shall be provided a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the dispensing of any cannabis from the location, and shall identify the certificate of approval at issue, and the location from which dispensing will occur. A medical marijuana treatment center shall not open or operate without the premises authorization. Premises authorization shall be renewed annually.
