§ 14-97. No liability for reasonable, good-faith trespass by code enforcement officer.
Latest version.
Any code enforcement officer, or any person authorized by the county, shall be immune
from prosecution, civil or criminal, for reasonable, good-faith trespass upon private
property while in the discharge of duties provided by this article.
