§ 14-136. Alternative method.

This article shall be deemed to provide an additional and alternative method for leasing real property owned by the county and shall be regarded as supplemental and additional to the powers conferred upon the county bylaw, including but not limited to subsections (1) and (2) of F.S. § 125.35, and other county ordinances, and shall not be regarded as in derogation of any powers now existing, particularly, but not limited to, the county's authority to lease, sell or convey property to governments or nonprofit organizations pursuant to F.S. § 125.38.
