§ 14-147. Enforcement.
(a)
It is unlawful to violate any provisions in this article. Any violation of this article shall be a noncriminal violation, punishable by a fine as provided in F.S. § 775.083.
(b)
Any state, county, or municipal law enforcement or code enforcement office may issue a civil citation for a violation of this article.
(c)
The county court shall have jurisdiction to hear violations of this article. They will be heard by the county court up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) fine.
