§ 15-10. Appeal.

  • Any applicant for a production permit aggrieved by a decision of the county administrator may appeal to the board of county commissioners by filing with the county administrator a petition setting forth the reasons for the appeal. The board's decision to affirm, reverse or modify the county administrator shall be final. A person aggrieved by such decision may appeal to the Circuit Court pursuant to the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure. "Rendition" shall be deemed to occur upon the making of the decision appealed.
