Chapter 15. MOTION PHOTOGRAPHY PRODUCTION PERMITS

§ 15-8. Acts prohibited; penalty.

It shall be a violation of this chapter to film, tape or act out on, in or upon any county facility any act that would portray the act of rape, sodomy, bestiality, sexual intercourse or acts of violence that portray exploding body parts or the dismemberment of bodies or body parts of humans or animals. Violation of this section shall be punishable according to the provisions of section 15-4(a).
