§ 16-26. Scope; interpretation.

Except as specifically provided otherwise, this article applies to all parks, parkways, playgrounds and recreational centers owned or operated by the county. This article does not abrogate any laws of the United States, this state, or any municipal or political subdivision wherein the park or recreation facility is located, but are supplementary thereto.
