The sale of candy, ice cream, food of any kind, soft drinks, beer and intoxicating
beverages, athletic and sporting equipment or parts thereof or any other items that
may be offered for sale in any county park or recreational area is prohibited; however,
the board of county commissioners or its delegate, may from time to time, issue permits
for the sale of any of the above on such terms and conditions as it shall deem proper
and in the best interest of the citizens of the county.
