§ 16-51. Definitions.

All words and phrases shall have the meaning ascribed to them by F.S. ch. 327. This article is adopted pursuant to F.S. § 327.60 and the home rule police power of the board of county commissioners pursuant to the Osceola County Home Rule Charter and F.S. ch. 125.

Commercial and commercially engaged means motorboats engaged in any activity wherein a fee or other consideration is paid by the user, either directly or indirectly, to the owner, operator, or custodian of the motorboat.
