§ 16-71. Purpose.

The purpose of this division is to provide uniform regulations for the safe operation of motorboats and other vessels in or upon the waters within the jurisdiction of Osceola County consistent with F.S. chs. 125 and 327, and Chapters 68D-21 and/or 68D-23, Florida Administrative Code.
