§ 17-50. Establishment of mobility fee funds.

There are hereby established two (2) separate mobility fee funds, one (1) for each of the mobility fee districts established in section 17-49 hereof. For accounting purposes, the mobility fee funds shall be considered special revenue funds. Mobility fees collected by the county from property located in each mobility fee district shall be deposited into the corresponding mobility fee fund. If a parcel of property is located in both mobility fee districts, the mobility fee paid in respect thereof shall be allocated between the mobility fee districts, based on the percentage of property located within each mobility fee district.
