The commission hereby adopts and incorporates by reference, the study entitled "Impact
Fees for Parks and Recreational Facilities in Osceola County, Florida," dated February
9, 2006, including the assumptions, conclusions and findings in such study as to the
determination of anticipated costs of the additions to the county park system required
to accommodate growth. The impact fee study is attached hereto as Appendix A.
