§ 17-190. Notice of park impact fee rates.

Upon adoption of the initial resolution establishing the park impact fee rates pursuant to section 17-176, an annual index resolution pursuant to section 17-177, an amendment of this division pursuant to section 17-188 or any other amendment hereto imposing revised park impact fee rates, the county manager shall publish a notice once in a newspaper of general circulation within the county which notice shall include: (A) a brief and general description of the park impact fee, (B) a description of the geographic area in which the park impact fee will be collected; (C) the park impact fee rates to be imposed for each category of the park impact fee; and (D) the date of implementation of the park impact fee rates set forth in the notice, which date shall not be earlier than ninety (90) days after the date of publication of the notice.
