§ 18-33. Appeal.
Latest version.
Any person aggrieved by a decision of the 911 administration office concerning street naming or building numbering, may (1) appeal such decision to the board of county commissioners at the board meeting in which the street name application is scheduled, or (2) file a written petition with the designated department, stating the reasons or grounds for appeal. The board shall consider the appeal within a reasonable time.
