§ 18-100. West 192 Redevelopment modular newsrack district.

(a)

The West 192 Redevelopment Area Municipal Services Benefit Unit is hereby designated as a modular newsrack district, and only modular newsracks shall be placed within that area, except as provided in subsection 18-93(b), known as the tourist corridor, under the county comprehensive plan, which includes the property within the following list of sections that is located less than four thousand (4,000) feet from the center line of US 192 and West of Hoagland Boulevard and Airport Road, excluding property locations within the special districts:

Section 1, Township 25, Range 27; Section 2, Township 25, Range 27; Section 3, Township 25, Range 27; Section 10, Township 25, Range 27; Section 11, Township 25, Range 27; Section 12, Township 25, Range 27; Section 1, Township 25, Range 28; Section 2, Township 25, Range 28; Section 3, Township 25, Range 28; Section 4, Township 25, Range 28; Section 5, Township 25, Range 28; Section 6, Township 25, Range 28; Section 7, Township 25, Range 28; Section 8, Township 25, Range 28; Section 9, Township 25, Range 28; Section 10, Township 25, Range 28; Section 11, Township 25, Range 28; Section 12, Township 25, Range 28; Section 13, Township 25, Range 28; Section 14, Township 25, Range 28; Section 23, Township 25, Range 28; Section 24, Township 25, Range 28; Section 7, Township 25, Range 29; Section 18, Township 25, Range 29; and Section 19, Township 25, Range 29.

(b)

Modular newsracks shall be required within the West 192 Redevelopment modular newsrack district and individual newsracks will not be permitted within same except as provided in subsection 18-93(b) hereof.

(c)

All modular newsracks placed within the West 192 Redevelopment modular newsrack district shall be decorated in the appropriate design utilizing Matthews Paint, MP11249 Light Teal, MP18752 Medium Teal, LS82495 AKZO 179-C5 Raspberry, LS82595 AKZO 175-F6 Purple, 46-400 MAP Brilliant Gold W/42-208 except those placed in the celebration area and as provided in subsection 18-93(b) hereof. All modular newsracks placed within the Celebration area of the West 192 Redevelopment modular newsrack district, except as provided in subsection 18-93(b) hereof, shall be decorated in the appropriate design utilizing Matthews Paint LS03096 Dark Green.
