§ 18-105. Alternative enforcement.

The jurisdiction of the code enforcement board shall not be exclusive. A newsrack provider who violates any of the provisions of this article may, upon code enforcement action, be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00) per violation. An alleged violation of any of the provisions of this article may also be pursued by any and all appropriate legal remedies, whether injunctive or other civil relief, at the option of the county.
