§ 18-107. No liability for reasonable, good-faith trespass by enforcement officer.
Latest version.
Any enforcement officer, or person authorized by an enforcement officer, shall be
immune from civil or criminal prosecution for reasonable, good-faith trespass, upon
private property, while in the discharge of his or her duties imposed by this article.
