§ 19-2. Purpose and intent.

The purpose and intent of this chapter is to prohibit the discarding, abandoning, or accumulating of garbage, trash debris, rubbish, sludge, solid waste or other abandoned property within the unincorporated areas of the county except at duly authorized and maintained disposal sites.
