§ 19-25. Bankruptcy and insolvency.

If a franchisee files a petition of voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy or makes a general assignment for the benefit of creditors, the franchise shall stand terminated upon the date of filing the bankruptcy petition or date of the assignment.
