§ 19-42. Exclusive service areas.

(a)

No person shall collect solid waste from any residential service unit without a service agreement.

(b)

Service agreements may provide for exclusive service to residential property within a specific service area. Service areas may be expanded or contracted by amendment to the service agreements for each affected service area or as provided by law for municipal annexations.
