§ 19-44. Excluded dwelling units.

Excluded dwelling units shall be identified by the county manager prior to adoption of the annual assessment resolution imposing the solid waste service assessments for each fiscal year. No dwelling unit shall be classified as an excluded dwelling unit unless the owner has demonstrated to the county manager's satisfaction that each of the relevant criteria shall be satisfied for the entire fiscal year funded from the proceeds of such solid waste service assessments.
