§ 20-7. Appeals; rendition.

Any owner of property assessed under this chapter may appeal as to the validity of the assessment, the validity of the assessment proceedings and/or the authority of the county to impose the assessment to the circuit court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida, by complaint for common law certiorari. Rendition shall be deemed to occur upon the imposition by the board of county commissioners of the assessment being appealed.
