§ 20-151. Applicability.

The provisions of this article shall not be applicable to municipal service benefit units heretofore created or special assessments heretofore imposed by the board in such municipal service benefit units. The board may bring municipal service benefit units heretofore created within the scope of this article by adoption of an ordinance or resolution, as applicable to each such municipal service benefit unit.
