§ 21-52. Boundaries.

The boundaries of the benefit district are set forth in the legal description contained in exhibit A [attached to Ordinance No. 2015-42]. The benefit district boundaries may be amended upon written consent of the school board and any landowner whose land is included therein and the adoption of an ordinance by the county.
