§ 22-28. Issuance of parking violation notices.

(a)

A law enforcement officer who discovers a vehicle parking in violation of this article may issue a parking violation notice to the driver of the vehicle, or may attach the notice in a conspicuous place on the vehicle. The violation notice shall be in a form as prescribed by the county sheriff and approved by the board of county commissioners.

(b)

Every day for which a violation continues shall be a separate violation for which a parking ticket may be issued.
