§ 22-51. Definitions.

The following terms shall hereafter have the meaning as ascribed to them in this section:

School shall include any school operated by the county school board, any charter school located within the county, and any accredited private school located within the county.

School board shall include the county school board and the administrative authority of any accredited private school within the county.

Traffic education shall include programs that teach students the proper methods of operating motor vehicles, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, bicycles, and other modes of transportation as deemed appropriate by the school board.
