§ 22-53. Distribution of funds.

No later than March 1, and September 1, each year hereafter, or the next business day in the event the deadline date falls on a weekend or holiday, the school board shall submit a request to the board of county commissioners for a distribution from the county traffic education fund. Appropriate documentation of expenditures, programs and other direct educational expenses must be supplied with any such request.
