The provisions of this article shall apply to all the following zoning districts:
Residential PUD, AE-1, AE-1A, AR-1, AR-1M; and all RS, RMH, and RM zoning districts.
Specifically exempted from the provisions of this article are the community development
areas (CDA's) of Deer Park, Holopaw, Yeehaw Junction, and Kenansville-Lake Marian;
and the Buenaventura Lakes and Indian Wells PUD's.
