§ 23-54. Definitions of terms.

The following definitions shall apply for the purpose of this article:

Large vehicle means any vehicle with a gross vehicular weight (GVW) exceeding fifteen thousand (15,000) pounds.

Vehicle means every device capable of traveling or being moved upon a public highway and in, upon, or by which any person or property may be transported or drawn upon a public highway, including, but not limited to cars, trucks, motorcycles, and other similar devices.
