§ 24-10. Administrative fees.
(a)
In accordance with F.S. § 163.31801, administrative charges for the collection of impact fees must be limited to actual costs.
(b)
Actual administrative costs for the county will be determined and will be adopted by resolution and will be reviewed annually. The administrative fee will be determined by comparing actual program expenditures to actual collections for the completed fiscal year immediately preceding the calculation. Cost will be allocated to each type of impact fee based on the best estimate by the impact fee coordinator of time spent on each type. This fee will be in addition to the impact fee.
(c)
Actual administrative costs for cities shall be determined in accordance with interlocal agreements.
