§ 24-13. Declaration of exclusion from administrative procedures act.

Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed or interpreted to include the county in the definition of agency contained in F.S. § 120.52, or to otherwise subject the county to the application of the administrative procedures act set forth in F.S. ch. 120.
